I now offer Super 8 video as an add on to Wedding Photography Packages and Sessions. I no longer offer full digital wedding video packages.

Engagement photos are an opportunity for us to get to know each other better before your big day and so that you are comfortable with my shooting style beforehand. I’m a firm believer in being true to yourself and am always down for unconventional engagement shoots that speak to you and your partner’s personalities. Let’s get brainstorming!

YES! I’ve comprised a large list of photo locations organized by location vibes that I love/want to shoot at. You can choose from this or maybe it will spark an idea. Sentimental locations are always welcome and fun to incorporate.

Photographs are sent to you through an online gallery which you will be invited to via email. You will be able to share and download the high resolution photographs for printing. Super 8 videos are posted to Vimeo for share/download.

While your shareable gallery remains online for one full year, your photographs and Super 8 become your responsibility upon delivery. Ensuring the safety and longevity of your gallery is crucial. Once your gallery is delivered, you will receive a step by step guide on how to save, download and print your beautiful memories to preserve them for years to come. For a fee, your gallery can be re-uploaded in the future for download if need be.

Weddings take approximately 8-10 weeks for the final gallery. Sneak peeks are sent out within 1-2 weeks of your wedding day (I can’t help myself). Sessions like engagements, maternity, newborn and families are finished between 2-3 weeks of our session. I do not give sneak peeks for smaller sessions (this allows for a faster turnaround time).

I give gentle direction throughout so you won’t be — I got your back! I also have you beat for the most awkward human ever on camera.

At this point in time I don’t usually bring along assistance unless it has been requested by the couple or the schedule of the day is tight and it has been discussed beforehand. It is recommended for weddings of 150+ guests to request a second shooter to ensure moments aren’t missed.

YES! Even if you have hired a planner, I prefer to be involved in this. About 2-3 months before your wedding date, you’ll receive my Wedding Day Photo Timeline Guide & Questionnaire. This helps me create a timeline and gives you helpful tips on how to make the most of your time with me.

I completely understand that everyone has their insecurities — me too! I am willing to edit out temporary bruises, blemishes, scrapes, etc. but I am not comfortable contributing to unattainable beauty standards as seen in heavily photoshopped images (especially those placed on women). However, let me know of your insecurities in advance to allow for direction that makes you feel most confident. Please let me know of these in advance of our time together.

NO. My art is an extension of myself and I will not change it for you. All photographers work and create in a way that is unique to them. If my work is not exactly what you’re looking for, I suggest finding a photographer whose work fills your soul.

NO. It’s not a true representation of my work and this is the industry standard. Editing is where all the magic happens. It’s a major part of the process and it’s how I bring my photographs and films to life. As the creator (“author”) of my images, I own the copyright.

Once we’ve gotten to know each other and know we’re a good fit, I require a non-refundable Retainer Fee and the signing of my contract to consider the wedding/session booked. Once everything is set, I make myself available to you anytime if you have any questions or concerns throughout the planning process of your dream wedding day.

I am open to Pinterest boards to envision a general mood or vibe without the pressure to recreate every exact photo. I’m also happy to accept any special requests or location ideas that will make your photos memorable.

However, I highly advise against providing a shot list aside from your Family Photo Combination List. Following a shot list is deeply distracting, results in contrived/unnatural photos, and takes away from the authenticity of your lived experience. For the best gallery possible, my advice is to stay present, embrace all that comes, and let go of everything you cannot control. This way, your gallery will contain photos drenched in emotion and nostalgia.
